At Go Mum we combine our knowledge of training the pregnant and postnatal woman with comfortable indoor venues and toddler friendly classes to provide a unique service to Brisbane mums.
Our passion for pelvic floor and abdominal friendly exercise coupled with strong relationships with local women’s health physios ensures you are in good hands when returning to exercise after baby or maintain your exercise routine during pregnancy.
