15 Freezer Meals To Make A New Mum

As a mum yourself you know how hard those first few months with a newborn can be. You are pretty much operating in survival mode and keeping your baby happy, fed and well rested consumes all your time.

So fitting in time to shower and eating become luxuries rather than a necessity for mums. I think one of the best gifts I got as a new mum was some friends and family bring over some freezer meals for me.

Not having to think and just pop something in the microwave and eat when I had a spare five minutes was a lifesaver for me.

These are my top 15 go-to recipes for freezer meals to make your new mum friends.

Zucchini, Lentil and Coconut Curry
